Who should you be?

• You are in the trenches at the frontier of your sector: ex-founder; community lead; researcher; capital allocator.
• You want to create an open community space. This is a great opportunity to accelerate your mission, but you must create an inclusive space for all members of FT.
• You want to be on the ground in central London (you can hire a community lead to support operations, but you need to show up!) </aside>

What can you do?

• Access: Give members 24/7 access to the space as Frontier Tower citizens (membership fees apply).
• Equipment: design the space as you wish. 3D printers, workshop, bioprinters, movie room - the choices are endless.
• Events: Host unlimited events on your floor with a fair use policy of communal spaces within the tower.
• Sponsorship: Receive sponsorships for your community and space (we will support you with this process).
• Labs: Rent office or lab space to startups (provided this remains a minority of the floor)
• Operations: Hire community manager for day-to-day operations </aside>

What will it cost?

There is no charge for the floor, but you will need to source capital / sponsorships to kickstart your floor. ***£30k is a good place to start (*we share some models for full operation below) We can help you source this.

The economics:

1. Memberships (£150/month): 80:20 revenue share with Frontier Tower
2. Private office rental (on your floor) - also 80% to FT
3. Events - 20% revenue share of ticketed events to FT
4. Sponsorships - 80% to Floor, 20% to FT </aside>
