What will it cost?

There is no charge for the floor, but you will need to source capital / sponsorships to kickstart your floor. £35k is a good place to start.

But you will get this back!

The economics:

  1. Memberships (£140/month): 80:20 revenue share with Frontier Tower
  2. Private office rental (on your floor) - also 80% to FT
  3. Events - 20% revenue share of ticketed events to FT
  4. Sponsorships - 80% to Floor, 20% to FT </aside>
